Where are you located?
Hamburg Brewing Company is located at 6553 Boston State Rd. Hamburg, NY 14075.
What are your taproom hours?
Do you take reservations or reserve tables?
No, we do not reserve tables in the taproom or on the patio as all seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
Can I have my event at the brewery?
We can work with you to make arrangements for small group events within reason. Such events include birthdays, retirement parties, or workplace celebrations. Events intended for weekday and non-peak business hours will be given preference.
Before inquiring, please note:
We do not allow any events that would require us to close off the entire or a majority section of the taproom or patio area to the public.
We do not allow weddings or wedding related events as well as wedding/professional photography. Wedding/Baby showers (or events of similar nature) are also not permitted as we stray from activities that will be distracting to our guests.
We do not allow events that foster the selling, distribution, or promotion of outside products.
We cannot accommodate events after 4pm on Saturdays.

What if I have a large group coming in but don’t need to reserve space?
We have large groups come to the taproom on buses or limos all the time, especially for WNY bar/brewery crawls. Your group is more than welcome but we appreciate advanced notice just so we can make sure we’re adequately staffed. Just call the taproom manager at (716) 649-3249 ext 302 to give us the heads up.
PLEASE NOTE: Limos, buses, or party buses WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the parking lot after 4pm on Saturday evenings. Please plan accordingly.
We’re celebrating a birthday so can I bring a cake?
Birthdays are nothing without cake so of course you can bring one in! But any other outside food or drinks are not allowed.
What’s upstairs above the bar?
Contrary to popular belief, we do not have additional seating or a private banquet area upstairs. It’s just offices and storage, so it’s not as glamorous as most people think. And unfortunately no, you may not go upstairs to take pictures.
Do you have a full service dining?
Our taproom has a casual setting so all orders, beverages and food, are placed at the bar. When ordering food, you will receive a number stand and your food will be brought out to you when it’s ready. Our food menu is available here.
Do you have a full bar?
We proudly serve the beer we brew onsite with some occasional guest taps as well as several wines. The drink selection can be found here.
Do you have non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we have IBC Root Beer, unsweetened iced tea, & bottled water.
Who do I talk to about the Live Music in the Taproom booking?
We have live music every Wednesday and Saturday featuring local musicians! If you have any interest performing in the taproom, please email the taproom manager at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information as well as a link to your Website/Facebook page with videos/music clips of your performances. The schedule is booked several months in advance so please be aware preferred dates may be not be available.
What should I do if I think I left something behind in the Taproom?
We get it, forgetting items such as jackets, sunglasses, phones, etc. happens to the best of us. Please give us a call (716-649-3249) at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to locate and arrange for you to get your belongings back. That said, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
What’s the story with the caboose in the parking lot?
We don’t know. It just showed up one day.
How can I get a keg of your beer?
For bars/restaurants, you may order kegs through our distributors. Please see the next question for a list of our distributors. You can also contact our sales rep, Rick, to schedule tastings/events.

Do you fill cornelius kegs?
No, we do not. Please view the information on kegs here.
Is the taproom pet friendly?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets inside the taproom/brewery or on the patio other than service dogs.

Do you fill growlers?
Of course! Our growler pricing and brand availability is on our menu.
Do you allow guests under 21 years old in the taproom?
Yes, all ages are welcome! However, only individuals 21+ with proper ID are permitted to drink in taproom.
Do you offer discounts to home brewers?
Yes, but only to American Homebrewers Association card holders. Members must present their card to receive $2 off any 64oz. growler fill. This cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Where can I buy your beer?
Growlers can be filled in our taproom and various other growler filling retailers in the WNY area (subject to availability). We also carry 6-packs and specialty bottles for purchase in the taproom along with many WNY retailers. We suggest calling your local store to check for brands available.
How do I get at job in the taproom or brewhouse?
