In true HBC fashion, we’ve named our Bourbon Barrel Aged American Imperial Stout by using common railroad slang which refers to being “derailed”. This medium to full bodied brew is aged for several months in bourbon barrels to develop flavors of coffee, vanilla, and toffee while balancing a handful of roasted malts.
