Taproom Cleaner/Porter

Hamburg Brewing Company is seeking to hire a seasoned full-time Front Of House Assistant Manager to join our growing team. 

The FOH Assistant Manager works alongside other management team members to ensure the taproom operations of the Hamburg Brewing Company are running smoothly. They are responsible for being able to run the operations when other management is not present to ensure high standards of quality across all aspects of the taproom.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with running the floor operations of the taproom
• Manage FOH employees
• Assist in all facets of HBC productivity 
• Work directly with management to ensure guest and team satisfaction 
• Assist in preparing and executing events
• Possess great communication skill with guest and employees 
• Maintain food and beverage health and safety standards 
• Address performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing conflicts
• Responsible for working towards expanding the growth of the Hamburg Brewing Company
  
  

Qualifications 

• Minimum High School diploma; 2 year degree or more preferred
• Must have experience in service industry; minimum 2-3 years required
• Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends
• Friendly and enthusiastic
• Previous knowledge in Point of Sales system (Toast preferred)
• Must be able bodied, lift 50lbs, handling kegs and cases of beer
• Must be self motivated with an advanced sense of urgency
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to adapt with the changing of the seasonal volume
• Assist in all facets of Hamburg Brewing Company productivity 
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently
