Line Cook Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Line Cook to prepare delicious meals for our guests. You will help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready. After service you will thoroughly clean the kitchen to prepare for the following days service.
Line Cook Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to potentially work 40 or more hours per week, nights and weekends
- Completion of a culinary program preferred
- Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques
- Strong organization, communication skills and knowledge of food safety rules and regulations
