Operations Team Member

Hamburg Brewing Company is seeking to hire a Operations Team Member to join our growing team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

Clean, sanitize, and fill kegs accurately and efficiently
Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures on fermenters, brite tanks, and other production vessels
Assist on the packaging line as needed (e.g. loading, monitoring, transitions)
Organize, maintain, and manage warehouse inventory, supplies, and storage areas
Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols while handling all equipment and materials
Operate tools such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment safely
Help unload and stage supplies and finished goods
Contribute to a clean, orderly work environment through daily housekeeping, cleaning responsibilities, and general maintenance
Support other production tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

No prior experience in brewing or cellar work required. We will train. Any experience is welcome.
Experience with forklifts or other material-handling equipment is a plus
Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with equipment is a bonus
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate which is better Ride the Lightning or Master of Puppets
Ability to stay focused, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Able to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods

Benefits:

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $27.00
